The website is operated by Krishna Canvassers, the sole proprietorship of Rohit Poptani, GSTIN 27AZJPP2818B1ZG, with its office at B-909/10, Groma House, Vashi, Mumbai 400705, India.

2. What we do

We are a brokerage for agro commodities, mainly pulses. We bring buyers and sellers together and help with pricing, contracts and follow-up. Unless we say so in writing, we act as an intermediary and are not the seller or the buyer of the goods. Any sale is a contract between the buyer and the seller on the terms they agree in writing.

3. Information on this website

• The website is for general information. Nothing on it is an offer, quotation, or promise to supply or buy goods.
• Prices, availability, origins and grades in the pulse market change often. We give an offer only in a written quotation or confirmation, and it is valid only for the period stated in it.
• Origins, product names and HS codes shown on the website are indicative and for reference. The code, duty and import policy that apply to a particular cargo depend on its exact description and current rules. Please confirm them with your customs broker before you contract.
• Photographs and pictures on the website are for illustration. They may not show the exact quality, size, colour or specification of a particular lot.

4. Enquiries and contracts

Sending an enquiry through the website, WhatsApp, phone or email does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when the parties have agreed the product, specification, quantity, price, shipment period and payment terms in writing. We may decline any enquiry without giving a reason.
